Building great teams with Resilient Leaders Elements™

This unique workshop will equip you with the skills and capacity to prepare yourself for leadership - even before you acquire a position! By increasing your awareness of self and others, and identifying and leveraging your strengths you will discover what it takes to successfully lead and inspire people to follow you.  This will give you the confidence to stand out in any interview or to step up whenever leadership is needed - either personally or professionally.

Designed for leaders in the first 5 years of their leadership journey, or for those who need greater confidence and skills in their capacity to lead and influence others, this workshop explores a raft of practical strategies to increase your awareness of self and others, your leadership presence, your clarity of direction and your decision making.

 Learn how to scale up your capacity to successfully lead diverse groups across a whole organisation. This program will help you understand the complexities and nuances required to step into more senior roles. It will equip you with knowledge of what it takes, who you need to be and what you need to do to have others follow you, make versatile and robust decisions and achieve organisational initiatives.

Each workshop can be delivered in the following ways:

• 4 x 1.5 hours (total 6 hours)
• 1 day (total 6 hours)
• virtual or face-to-face or a combination of both
• including group and/or individual coaching
